Group accommodation and hot tub breaks across Norfolk
We list large holiday cottages in one county. Norfolk. That focus is the point. Booking for 16 people is a different job to booking for two and most listing sites treat it the same way. We started this site to fix that. Every property here takes a proper group.
Norfolk gives us a lot to work with. Around 90 miles of coast. The Broads National Park and its 125 miles of navigable water. A city with a Norman castle and trains to London. Our properties sit near Norwich, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea, Hunstanton, Holt, Burnham Market and Wroxham.
Four things guide what we list and how we describe it.
Every property here is picked because it works for a large party. That means enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms, a dining table that seats everyone and parking for several cars. Some of our houses sleep up to 36 guests.
Our cottages sit in the parts of Norfolk people actually visit. The north coast between Hunstanton and Cromer. The Broads around Wroxham and Horning. The countryside within reach of Norwich. Most day trips take under an hour.
A hot tub changes the evening for a group. Ours seat six to ten people. You will find them on coastal houses, barn conversions and Broadland properties alike and we flag them clearly in every listing.
Split across 12 or 20 people, a large self-catering house often costs less per head than hotel rooms. You cook when you want and eat together. We show what each property includes before you book.
Organising a trip for 20 people is admin. Someone has to chase deposits, work out who sleeps where and check the dog is allowed. We try to remove as much of that guesswork as we can at the listing stage.
So we publish bedroom layouts, bathroom counts, dog limits and access details. Ground-floor bedrooms and step-free entrances are marked. If a house has a games room, a pizza oven or a private mooring, it says so. Hen weekends, birthdays, reunions and work retreats all get booked through here.

Want a house you can walk to the beach from? Or somewhere with a mooring so the group can hire a day boat? Both exist here. Many properties add hot tubs, games rooms and enclosed gardens for the days you would rather stay put.
