Beaches, Cromer

Beaches is a really stylish luxury house in the sought-after village of Overstrand on the North Norfolk coast, just footsteps from one of the best beaches in the area. It sleeps eight in five bedrooms with three bathrooms and has been lovingly renovated and furnished for guests looking for somewhere special. The beach is 200 yards away and a pub and restaurant are 50 yards away.

The light and airy living room and the separate kitchen/dining room give plenty of places to relax. The kitchen is contemporary and well equipped, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and French doors from the dining area open on to the garden. A highchair is available and bed linen, towels, gas central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included, plus a welcome pack.

On the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and a separate toilet - handy for three generations travelling together. Upstairs are two more king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Outside is an enclosed back garden with a patio and an outdoor shower and there is private parking for two cars plus additional on-road parking. There is no hot tub and no hen or stag parties are allowed.

Overstrand's beach is often quieter than its big sister, Cromer, which is nearby and has a train station. North Norfolk offers sand and shingle beaches, dunes, promenades, a famous pier, marshes, cliff tops, quays and harbours to explore. You can be in the heart of the Norfolk Broads in 30 minutes and in the city of Norwich in 45 and there are lots of family attractions, golf courses, walks and cycle routes too.

Beaches suits families, couples and groups of friends and up to two pets are welcome, with charges applying.
