Four individually styled bedrooms sleep 8: two king-size rooms (5ft) and two twin rooms. There are two ground-floor bathrooms a full bathroom with bath and shower attachment, plus a separate shower room and an additional upstairs WC. The open-plan living and dining space has a Smart TV and electric woodburner.

The sandy beach is just 530 yards away, home to a large seal colony November to January. BeWILDerwood (Horning, 14 miles/25 mins), Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade (22 miles/35 mins), Great Yarmouth seafront (11 miles/20 mins) and the Norfolk Broads are all within easy reach.
